Our Ukrainian Foundation

DSB-USA.CORP. traces its origins to the Ukrainian private enterprise PALSIK, established on April 25, 2003. Its construction work created the group’s professional foundation and established principles that still guide us: personalized design, unified management, careful execution, and long-term accountability.

Design Service Building LLC was established in 2017 to broaden the group’s residential and commercial capabilities. In 2019, the operating structure expanded to support private clients and specialized finishing while maintaining shared quality standards.

Entering the U.S. Market

DSB-USA.CORP. was incorporated in Florida on January 30, 2018, marking the group’s formal expansion into the United States and the adaptation of its processes to local codes, permitting, construction practices, and contractor-management standards.

The principle remained unchanged: clients should receive an integrated and predictable result rather than disconnected services. The company combines Ukrainian technical and manufacturing expertise with project delivery tailored to the U.S. market.

Custom Millwork and BURNSTONE

In 2024, DSB-USA.CORP. significantly expanded its team, opened a showroom dedicated to amber products, and added a new direction alongside construction and renovation: custom millwork manufactured in Ukraine and architectural products featuring integrated natural amber.

The company filed its U.S. trademark application for BURNSTONE in July 2024. BURNSTONE amber wall panels entered commercial use in July 2025, and the mark received federal registration in 2026. The brand connects Ukrainian craftsmanship, custom fabrication, and natural amber in a distinctive architectural offering.
